- <p>"Starring" a package means that you have some interest in it. It's
- a vaguely positive way to show that you care.</p>
- <p>"Unstarring" is the same thing, but in reverse.</p>
- <p>It's a boolean thing. Starring repeatedly has no additional effect.</p>
