guenther da4f3c5cb1 Add rtable id and thread id to struct kinfo_proc (and fix process id) and add an 'rtableid' keyword to ps. Add rtable id, thread id, and socket splice info to struct kinfo_file2 and make fstat display socket splice information. lib	strdup and strndup both use malloc. Make this fact explicit.	13 years ago
usr.sbin/ntpd	only add the rdomain for hostname lookups, when we have a hostname to lookup.	13 years ago
